AIDS - Should I be concerned？
Firstly, let us talk about the transmission routes of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus).

HIV is mainly transmitted through the following routes:

1. Sexual contact: including oral, vaginal and anal sex.
2. Blood contact: e.g. sharing needles and syringes while injecting drugs.
3. Mother-to-child transmission: during pregnancy, delivery or breast-feeding.

Now, let us think carefully whether we are in the circumstances of curiosity, fun-playing or peer pressure ...

1. Had unprotected sex.
   "Having more fun without wearing condom!"
2. Had sex under the influence of psychotropic substances or alcohol.
3. Shared needles and syringes while injecting drugs.
   "Come on! Let's try."

If you have one of the above behaviours, you are at risk of getting HIV.

How to say " No" to temptation?
As a smart and assertive youngster, you should know how to protect yourself and distinguish right from wrong to avoid getting HIV. You should learn "How to say No" in some circumstances, e.g. injecting drugs, engaging in "One Night Stand", which might put you at risk of HIV infection.

Refusal Skills:
Method 1: Refuse directly – “I don't want it!”
Method 2: Make an excuse – “Sorry, I'm in a hurry!”
Method 3: Change topic – “Let's go to see a film.”
